Commissions
All pieces are made to order following design consultation. A commission is confirmed once the design, stone selection, dimensions and quote are agreed in writing. The agreed drawings define the scope of the work.
Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit secures your place in the atelier schedule and begins material selection; the balance is due before dispatch. Slab reservations are held informally via WhatsApp and do not involve online payment.
Natural variation
Marble and natural stone vary in colour and veining from block to block. Such variation is inherent to the material and is not a defect. Renders and samples are indicative, not exact.
Intellectual property
All designs, drawings and imagery produced by Indic Decor remain our intellectual property. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the commission. We are not liable for damage arising from improper handling, installation or care once a piece has been accepted on delivery.
