White-glove delivery
Stone is heavy and fragile, so every piece is crated and delivered by specialist handlers. For most locations we offer white-glove delivery and placement, so your piece arrives and is set exactly where it belongs.
Timelines
As pieces are made to order, lead times are quoted per commission, typically 8–16 weeks depending on stone, size and finish, followed by transit. We keep you updated at each stage.
Made-to-order & returns
Because each piece is carved to your specification, commissions are not eligible for return or exchange once production has begun. This is confirmed before any work starts. Please review your drawings and material selection carefully at the confirmation stage.
Damage in transit
In the rare event a piece arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange repair or remaking. Do not refuse or move a damaged crate before documenting it.
